Having prevailed in high-stakes litigation on behalf of individuals and businesses for more than 20 years, Mr. Sakis is a proven litigator who has the experience to get the job done. Mr. Sakis is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Georgia. He regularly tries cases in state and federal courts and handles appeals. Mr. Sakis has successfully briefed and argued cases in the Michigan Supreme Court and the Michigan Court of Appeals, with published decisions from both courts. His past experience includes working as a judicial clerk for a circuit court judge and teaching at a law school. He is a regular presenter to legal professionals throughout the United States and other parts of the world. Mr. Sakis has authored numerous scholarly pieces including law review articles, refereed journal articles, and book chapters. He is a former law school professor and visiting medical school lecturer. Mr. Sakis has been interviewed on the radio and television in connection with important legal issues. In addition, Mr. Sakis is licensed real estate broker in Michigan and South Carolina. He also serves on the Rochester Hills Zoning Board of Appeals and is counsel for a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
